Caleres is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy footwear store responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and drive sales growth while maintaining brand standards and visual presentation.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, optimize staffing for peak times, and ensure inventory accuracy. A passion for shoes and customer service is essential, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward sales targets and growth.
• Strong customer relationship skills and operational excellence in a retail environment.
• Ability to train, coach and develop associates to raise performance and engagement.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, and managing peak periods in a store setting.
