Caleres seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering an outstanding shoe-store experience for families in our community; you will drive sales, coach associates, and ensure strong operational execution.

You will inspire, train, and develop talent, build customer relationships, and maintain store standards to keep our Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, and other brands thriving. This role requires a passionate, hands-on leader who loves shoes and people.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach store Associates at all levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection by fostering a culture of relationships, operational excellence, and flawless delivery.
• Lead talent discovery by networking with external talent and developing succession plans for leadership roles.
• Own retail operations, including pricing, shipments, inventory, and staffing to keep the store running smoothly.
