Job summary

Caleres, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead a family-friendly shoe store team and deliver the best customer experience. You will train and motivate staff, manage daily operations, and maintain brand presentation across Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, Sam Edelman, and Allen Edmonds stores.

You’ll drive sales, support talent development, and foster an inclusive culture while staying current with fashion trends and product presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop store associates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customer connections and coach selling behaviors across the team.
• Lead talent discovery and hire for leadership roles within the store.
• Own day-to-day store operations, staffing, pricing and inventory.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive culture and engage the team to perform.
