Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and develop store associates.
• Direct and supervise associates across sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Monitor performance, payroll, shrink, and operating expenses to drive results.
• Maintain inventory controls and ensure compliance with shrink prevention standards.
• Uphold Citi Trends policies and standards and address customer concerns promptly.
