My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead a team, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer experiences while meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff to ensure outstanding service and strong store performance. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and contributing to continued company growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Hire, schedule, develop and coach staff to ensure quality store operations.
• Coach and develop team to achieve KPIs and location goals.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and adhere to policies.
• Coordinate operations and enforce procedures to maintain store stability and compliance.
