Job summary

POP MART Americas is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, team development, and operational excellence as we expand across the United States. This role owns the end-to-end store business, including sales performance, customer experience, operations execution, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with POP MART’s brand standards, global retail strategy, and company culture.

The Store Manager reports to the District/Area Manager and partners cross-functionally with Visual

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or equivalent leadership role preferred).
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and implement new operational standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance, including sales targets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze business trends, product performance, and customer demand to drive commercial decisions.
• Execute product launches, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sell-through.
• Maintain strong communication with Area Manager and cross-functional partners regarding store performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
• Support RoboShop operations and coordination with business partners when applicable.
• Champion a customer-first culture utilizing Popmart's selling framework to consistently deliver brand appropriate service standards.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain store presentation standards aligned with POP MART brand storytelling.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals.
• Own store talent planning and recruiting efforts, including building candidate pipelines, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members to ensure the store is staffed to support business needs and growth.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching, development planning, and succession planning.
• Deliver consistent performance feedback and recognition.
• Ensure completion of onboarding, compliance training, and job-skills training.
