• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate action to achieve results.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Ability to monitor progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making.
• Ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners to get things done.
• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

• Overseeing product launches and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
