The role reports to the District Manager and requires strong leadership in visual merchandising, payroll control, inventory management, and operational standards. The Store Manager coaches and develops leaders, oversees weekly schedules, and ensures consistent execution of brand strategies across the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action to achieve results.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor and coaching the team.
• Mentor and develop leaders within the area of responsibility.
• Oversee scheduling of leaders and associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store operations excellence.
• Own or oversee weekly schedules and labor hours to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for brand execution.
