Job summary

Comoto Holdings is seeking a Store Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead a store team and drive sales performance. You will partner with the Assistant Store Manager to coach staff, ensure excellent customer service, and manage day-to-day operations, including schedules, returns, and merchandising per brand standards.

You will train staff, stay current on product knowledge, and help build a positive, high-energy team focused on delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to lead a team that delivers results.
• Proven track record of teaching, motivating and holding a team accountable.
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter who delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Open to learning and being part of the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage store team and overall store success.
• Partner with Assistant Store Manager to meet sales goals.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service and product knowledge.
• Oversee store operations, openings/closings, returns, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Lead by example, train and motivate staff, and assign tasks.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and build a strong local presence.
