Cavender’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Management Team and drive overall store operations. You will assist customers, supervise the team, and maintain a clean, organized store while promoting a safe environment and adherence to company policies.

You will participate in opening/closing, coaching associates, and leading initiatives to meet goals for sales, labor, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell product and drive store results.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and payroll efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and Loss Prevention.
