Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet or exceed sales per hour goals.
• Train all store associates and act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and ensure Best of the WEST service.
• Address customer complaints, handle returns, and manage associate assignments.
• Increase sales, control expenses, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Lead safety, loss prevention, scheduling, and payroll processes.
