Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in Alaska. You will supervise staffing, train partners on product knowledge, and execute company standards for merchandising and operations.

You will collaborate with District leadership and Store Support Center to optimize profitability, shrink reduction, and expense management while maintaining a high-performance culture across the store.

• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop training plans and ensure full competency across product categories.
• Communicate localized customer needs to District Manager.
• Analyze business trends to maximize sales and meet metrics.
• Coach and review sales goals, while present on the floor during peak hours.
• Ensure staffing aligns with business needs and payroll considerations.
• Maintain compliant merchandising and adherence to visual standards.
