Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of retail management experience (or 5 years with a HS diploma).
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state, or pharmacy assistant or licensed RPh within 12 months of start date.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Monitor customer service and develop improvement plans for retail and pharmacy.
• Supervise inventory, replenishment, pricing, and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws, including alcohol, tobacco, and pharmacy products.
