Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operational execution.
• Drive KPIs such as Sales, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity and inventory accuracy.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience with knowledgeable product recommendations and strong service.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll management, cash handling, inventory control and stockroom organization.
• Ensure visual presentation and merchandising reflect premium brand standards and seasonal updates.
