Job summary

POP MART in Riverside, CA is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the Galleria at Tyler location. You will lead every aspect of the store, from customer experience to inventory control, building a high-performing team and executing operational excellence to deliver a premium retail experience.

You will own business performance, mentor leaders, drive KPIs, and partner with brand teams to launch campaigns and events.

Qualifications

3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
Own overall store sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and daily operations.
Lead visual merchandising, product launches, promotions, and floor sets.
Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand ambassador responsibilities.
Oversee scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, shipments, and stockroom organization.
Represent POP MART in the local community and support store openings and events.
