Citi Trends is seeking a Store Manager in Milwaukee to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operations. You will drive sales, manage profitability, and coach a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role targets experienced retail leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, own results, and uphold Citi Trends standards across merchandising, policies, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink, and operating expenses controls.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop store associates.
• Direct and supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
