Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience.
• Monitor performance and take action to address opportunities.
• Maintain payroll, shrink, and operating expense controls.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention compliance.
• Uphold Citi Trends policies and standards; manage staffing and coaching.
