Citi Trends is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales, manage payroll and inventory, and coach a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication, scheduling flexibility, and a focus on loss prevention and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take actions to drive results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink, and operating expense controls.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention standards are followed.
• Uphold Citi Trends policies, procedures, and standards.
• Recruit, coach, and manage store associates; build staffing levels.
• Coach and develop team through performance management and feedback.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
