Citi Trends is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operations. You will oversee daily activities, drive sales, and ensure a positive customer experience while building and coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role preferred.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink, and operating expenses controls.
• Ensure proper inventory controls and shrink prevention compliance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop store associates.
• Provide coaching and performance management to the team.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
