Citi Trends is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operations. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage profitability, and build a high-performing team while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of Store Manager or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Monitor performance and take action to drive results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention compliance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and manage associates.
• Direct and supervise teams in sales, inventory, cash handling, and service.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to develop staff.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations.
