Qualifications

• 1 year of people management experience, including recruiting and performance oversight.
• 1 year of managing retail operations and labor scheduling.
• Eligible to work legally in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Set store vision and cascade goals to all team members.
• Lead hiring and development of a diverse team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience on the sales floor.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and product strategy.
• Manage budget, labor, and store P&L in line with targets.
