Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Annapolis Mall is seeking a Guest Experience Lead (Contract) to oversee the in-store guest experience, provide technical product education, and lead daily sales goals as part of the store leadership team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership or mentoring exposure, with flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to meet guest needs.
• Assist in supervising the store on the floor as needed.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and performance.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
