lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Maryland to drive in-store guest experiences and lead from the floor. You will provide technical product education, supervise on duty, and ensure daily sales targets are met while collaborating with teammates to create an inclusive shopping environment.

You will review daily metrics, support hiring and onboarding, and coach team members to enhance performance and guest connections.

Competenze

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

• Lead the guest experience on the sales floor to ensure an exceptional, inclusive experience.
• Provide technical product education to articulate value of lululemon products to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and lead the floor to meet daily sales targets.
• Support store operations, opening/closing procedures, and shift readiness.
• Review daily data to track progress toward goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and productive team environment.
