Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager who will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, lead a team, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will begin in a Store Manager role as part of the General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and potential promotion after GO100 certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• External hires start as Store Managers as part of the GM development path; training and mentoring provided.
• Participate in leadership training and GM-certification process (GO100) for future promotion.
