Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location, responsible for hiring, directing teams, achieving financial goals and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will begin your leadership journey through a leadership training program and progress along Panda's development path. 12+ weeks of store leadership training are provided, with evaluations and GM certification, preparing you for future General Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
