Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will oversee store operations, hire, manage and coach associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training and progression to General Manager after GO100 certification, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead training through a multi-week leadership program and GM development path.
• Support ongoing career development and manage store performance.
