Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, leading associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will begin your leadership journey through our 12+ week training program and continue toward potential GM certification and promotion.

The role includes comprehensive training, a strong focus on operations, culture, and ongoing leadership development, with a compensation package featuring bonus opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the general manager development path with rotation through store roles and leadership training.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and apply Panda's standards and culture to daily operations.
