Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, supervise, and motivate team members to hit financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

External hires start as Store Managers on a development track toward General Manager, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification path (GO100) after which promotion may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for future General Manager opportunities through Panda's leadership development path.
