External hires start in a Store Manager role as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and GO100 certification paving the way to GM promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda's leadership development path and GM readiness program.
