Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operations of a single Panda Express location in your area. You will hire, manage, and direct staff to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes a structured leadership-training program of 12+ weeks, with progression toward General Manager upon successful completion of evaluations and the GO100 course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• This role serves as a stepping stone toward General Manager through Panda’s leadership development path.
• Participates in the 12+ week leadership training and GM certification process to progress within the company.
