Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct a team to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers on a General Manager development path with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GO100 certification track, progressing toward GM roles as you graduate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Serve Safe certification preferred/required for food safety.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead training programs and development for future General Manager (GM) readiness.
