Panda Express via Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single-store operation, drive financial results, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will hire, coach, schedule, and supervise associates while supporting a structured leadership development path toward General Manager. The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, a GM certification track, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Oversee training and development of store staff to drive performance and Panda standards.
• Support a path from Store Manager to General Manager through the GM development program and leadership training.
