The role includes a structured training program of 12+ weeks to prepare for future GM responsibilities, with a clear path toward advancement within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience leading teams or managing guest service is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in leadership development path toward General Manager role.
• Complete store leadership training and GO100 GM certification process.
