Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, driving operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will hire, coach, and direct team members while advancing through a structured leadership program designed to prepare you for the General Manager role. The role features a 12+ week leadership training, GM certification, and a clear path toward promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Prepare for success as a future General Manager through leadership development path and training programs.
• Complete 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GM certification (GO100) for promotion eligibility.
