Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, train, and coach associates, manage daily operations, and participate in our leadership development path toward a General Manager role, including an extensive training program and ongoing career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in store leadership training and development towards GM role.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff to ensure performance.
