Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, directing staff, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Leaders will participate in a leadership training program spanning 12+ weeks, with potential promotion to General Manager upon successful graduation of a GM certification course (GO100). The role supports Panda's operations, culture, and growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path.
• Receive 12+ weeks of store leadership training; eligible for promotion to General Manager after training and GM certification GO100.
