Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location, drive guest experiences, and meet financial goals. You will hire and direct associates and participate in leadership training as part of our GM development track.

The role offers a structured leadership journey with training, mentoring, and a clear path toward General Manager, along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Ability to manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead operation of a single Panda Express store and prepare for future GM role.
• Participate in 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GO100 GM certification path.
