Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will hire, train, and supervise team members, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes a leadership development path, a 12+ week training program, and potential promotion to General Manager after successful completion of required evaluations and a GM certification course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store success.
• Participate in leadership development and progression towards General Manager role.
