Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, driving guest satisfaction and business results. You will hire and coach team members, manage operations, and strive to meet financial goals while upholding Panda standards.

The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training and a defined path toward General Manager, with ongoing development and support from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Hire, train and direct store associates to meet standards and goals.
• Provide leadership development and mentorship through the training program and GM pathway.
