Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in the region. You will hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes a leadership training path and a GM development plan, with a 12+ week training program and opportunities for promotion to GM after completing evaluations and GO100 certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Aim to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train staff through the leadership development path toward General Manager (GM).
