• Direct management of store operations and staff to meet sales goals.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and pricing in collaboration with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as MOD; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Foster effective communication with district/region management.
