Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor staff, maintain excellent customer service, and drive sales while upholding Our Burlington values.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and partnership across store teams and other branches. You will own day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service tasks to ensure store success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of established policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their individual responsibilities.
• Partner with merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget; review reporting and records.
