Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing with Merchandising and Operations partners.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Lead payroll budget management, scheduling and staff development.
