Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi‑million‑dollar store operation with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and profitably growing the business. You will mentor and coach a team of associates while building strong partnerships across departments to execute merchandising, operations and service goals.

You will drive staffing, onboarding, scheduling and performance coaching, while maintaining safety, loss prevention and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of established company policies, standards, expectations and initiatives.
• Ensure Assistant Managers and store team members are fulfilling their individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar sales volume and expense budgets including reporting and record‑keeping.
