Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while upholding our service standards. You will own day-to-day operations, coach associates, and partner with Merchandising and Operations to optimize inventory, pricing and promotions.

You will manage staffing, payroll budgeting, scheduling and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to execute policies, standards and initiatives.
• Partner with Merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement and pricing.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget; oversee reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruitment, onboarding and training of associates; provide coaching and development.
