Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations and drive sales in a fast-paced off-price environment.

You will mentor and coach a team of assistants and hourly staff, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and partner with merchandising and operations leaders to ensure a world-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budgets.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store leadership to implement policies, standards, and initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, payroll budgeting, and scheduling to meet store needs.
• Partner with merchandising and operations leaders to drive promotions and inventory accuracy.
