Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive sales, and uphold our Our Burlington values. You will mentor assistants and supervisors, partner across merchandising and operations, and ensure outstanding customer service with a professional, trusted environment.

The role requires proven leadership in a Big Box or Specialty setting, a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong team-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing in partnership with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model Burlington SOPs to set a strong leadership standard.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses; oversee reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs; onboard and train new team members.
