You will mentor and coach associates, model our values, and drive sales through strong leadership, customer service, and efficient store execution. The role requires proven retail leadership, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to manage inventory, payroll, and performance across a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities and deliver a world-class shopping experience.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with merchandising leadership.
• Review inventory processes, including receiving, transfers, RTVs and chargeback paperwork for accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses, including reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs; onboard and train new hires.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development; handle personnel relations and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication across store, district and regional teams.
