You will hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a structured leadership training program to prepare you for the GM path.

External hires begin as Store Managers under the General Manager development track, with 12+ weeks of leadership training, a GO100 GM certification, and ongoing career development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
