Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, lead staff, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates will undergo a structured leadership training program, with the potential to advance toward General Manager through GO100 certification and ongoing leadership development. The role emphasizes operational excellence and staff mentorship.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead the store leadership path toward GM development and participate in the GO100 GM certification process.
• Provide 12+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing career development to enable progression into management roles.
